A Call Back to the Wild

I don't know if I ever mentioned, but I contacted my Alaskan employer before I left on my summer of adventure. We made a deal...I would work for free if she covered my plane ticket, ferry ticket, and housing costs. So four days after I got home from Singapore, althought I was extremely jet-lagged, I boarded another plane for a long flight to the great outdoors. I was so excited to go back to Alaska. I had nothing to lose, and lots of outdoor experience to gain. I even got to bring my new black diamond tent! So, the summer updates are not over! I still have to write about Alaska!!
